The apartment has 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds and large integrated cupboard. Livingroom with sofa-bed. Full renovated bathroom with shower. Kitchen with oven, microwave and dinning area. Washing machine and iron. TV and WiFi. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and while not having a balcony or sea view has good natural lighting as it stands above the adjacent building and a quiet back street (Paseo Marcial García). Right in the main centre of El Médano at just few meters from the beach and all services (bus, beach, squares, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.).
OCCUPANCY
It can accomodate a maximun of 3 guests. Perfect for couples and friends. We also have cot and high chair for children under 3 years old (without extra cost, but on prior request, we can not guarantee availability if it is not booked in advance).
