DISTRIBUTION AND FACILITIES
The house is distributed in 2 floors and a great outside terrace sorrounding the whole property.
-Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (both can be made with a double bed or 2 single beds depending on your request) The master bedroom has a nice balcony with great ocean view. And there is also a bathroom with shower.
-Downstairs there is a kitchen, very well equipped with oven, microwave and washing machine + a dinning area. A small toilet and the living area with comfortable sofa and TV with Google Cromcast.
-Outise the large terrace, with glasses on the front side to have a great panoramic view, and properly furnished to enjoy outside (with outside shower, dinning set, sofa and balinese bed).
OCCUPANCY
A maximun of 4 guests can be accomodated in the apartment.
We also have cot and high chair for children under 3 years old (without extra cost and on prior request - we can not guarantee availability if it is not booked in advance).
SERVICES
Your stay includes bed linen, towels and last cleaning of the apartment, as well as expenses like water, electricity and WiFi.
